It tells you that you have qualified for an award of 2 roundtrip airline tickets. It looks like it was actually signed by Tina Rose, the Vice President of the Travel Awards Division.
The www.andersonpratt.com website exists. Here’s the whois info: http://www.whois.net/whois/andersonpratt.com — registered September 27, 2010.
They hand write the address on the envelope and use a real stamp.

It sounds like an Amway sort of deal except it is for travel incentives… the websites all look the same there too. Unless this is one guy in Phoenix or Tuscon. My letter was from Phoenix and it arrived today. Shredder food!
We received one of these scam letters today in the mail about 2 free inline tickets that we have won. The letter claims to be from Franklin and Hobbs from Arizona and we live in Michigan!

received this letter with a Anderson LANG header signed by Sue Bell in Iowa. Must have run out of suckers in the south west. Sent from Tucson Az no return label.
I received my letter from Sue Bell today (1/20/13). I’ll put it in the compost for the worms to eat and poop out.
