AppleMobileDeviceService.exe high CPU Bsecure fix

January 21, 2012 – 3:17 pm

Bsecure has somehow fixed the problem of the high CPU usage caused by their LSP that helped them do their internet filtering caused by Apple’s iTunes and associated software. Here are their instructions:

I just tested it myself and it does seem to have worked. The patch isn’t exactly self-explanatory, so make sure to read all the instructions before running the fix. The key is to restart after running the patch, even it you don’t see anything that  happened.

  3. Any of you have bSecure filtering software? There is a known issue with their LSP that can be corrected with a fix found at http://bsecure.parature.com/ics/support/default.asp?deptID=15172

    That was my problem…
