McAfee DAT file 5958 is caused a false positive in SVCHOST.EXE, it is thinking it is W32/WECORL.A.  Disabling McAfee will stop this rebooting. Hit START > RUN > SHUTDOWN -A, hit Enter to stop the DCOM shutdown window.  Many things won't work at this point. After scouring the internet I found a solution for my computer's inability to update the Security Update for SQL Server 2005 Service Pack 3 (KB970892) (Update failed).  Click Start, Run, type "regedit" Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL.1\Setup Double-click on Resume, change the number from 1 to 0 (zero).
